CHEESES MADE WITH MALGA MILK HAVE AN UNMISTAKABLE FLAVOUR BECAUSE COWS GRAZE IN THE OPEN AIR, IN A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT, AND ARE FED ON THE GRASS OF ALPINE PASTURES RICH IN THE PRECIOUS MOUNTAIN FORAGE PLANTS.
