The milk producers – “lataroi” as they are called in the Trentino dialect – used to go to the town every morning with their can of milk to sell it. It was during the first half of the 20th century that they decided to join forces and founded the Consorzio Latte Trento in 1949. It became the benchmark for the sector of milk for drinking in Trentino. 

The shops are located at the daily, in Valsugana, Valle Giudicarie, Valle Ledro, Valle Adige and Vallagarina.
