The Consorzio Produttori Agricoli was founded in 1954 by merging the cooperative dairies of the various hamlets of the municipality of Rumo in a small valley at the feet of the Maddalene mountain range. The dairy operates as a farmer’s cooperative with members who produce cow's milk in small and medium-sized family-run farms in the surrounding area.
The shop is located at the dairy.
