The Caseificio Sociale Tovel is located in Tuenno, in Valle di Non and has been involved in artisanal milk processing since the second half of the 20th century. The cheese dairy named after the stunning local lake, located not far from the village, was opened in 1972.
The shop is located at the dairy.
